Our Opportunity
We are seeking to appoint an experienced and professionally qualified Capital Projects Manager to lead the delivery of our estate improvement and capital development programmes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a significant and purposeful transformation of our school estate, with a focus on enhancing environments that enable high-quality teaching, learning and care.
Working within the central Assets & Health and Safety Team, and reporting to the Assets and Health and Safety Lead, the postholder will provide expert surveying and project management oversight across a diverse portfolio. This will include the planning, feasibility and delivery of large-scale capital works, refurbishments, and site adaptations across the Trust.
