About our School

Lotus Academy, located in north Sheffield, is a specialist state‑funded school for pupils aged 6–16 with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, all of whom have an Education, Health and Care Plan. The school opened in September 2024 and is part of the Nexus Multi Academy Trust, providing high‑quality, inclusive education for up to 100 pupils.

Our Opportunity

This is a role with real influence: you will be at the heart of driving high‑quality operational and business services across a busy, ambitious school.

As SRM, you will take strategic and operational ownership of key functions, including:

• Finance

• Procurement

• HR processes

• Estates compliance

• Administration

• Marketing

• Information governance

You will lead and develop operational teams, strengthen systems and ensure that our services run smoothly, efficiently and in line with Trust standards.
