Fountaindale School has a long history of supporting children and young people aged 3 to 18 with profound and multiple learning needs, complex physical and medical needs and sensory needs. At Fountaindale we are passionate that every day matters for children. We have our children at the heart of school development and are unrelenting family champions.

We believe that inspiring young people with their learning is about giving them a sense of belief that they will achieve their potential. We use a child-centred approach that is personalised to each child and offer a purpose-built environment, located in beautiful woodland surroundings, that is vibrant and rich in opportunities.

We have an immersive approach to our curriculum that is thematic throughout the school. Our classrooms are immersive and allow pupils to work independently and in collaboration together in fun learning spaces. We believe that learning takes place when children feel safe, stimulated and secure and where kindness, care and self-belief are the foundations to learning.

Our Opportunity

Due to expansion, we are looking to appoint 2 highly professional and efficient Class Teachers.

You will need to demonstrate that you:

Can work in partnership with pupils, families, staff and agencies
Are child centred

Are committed to supporting the aims of the academy

An interest in Physical Education/Development would be an advantage but is not essential.
