Nexus MAT Strategic Plan
In the Autumn of 2020, the Nexus MAT Board of Directors published the Trust’s second Strategic Plan, which outlines the next 5 years’ business objectives and growth ambitions for the Trust, following our successful first 5 years of incorporation.
This plan is our “north star” for the way in which the Trust will grow and develop, based on the ambitions of the founding schools of the Trust when they set up Nexus MAT.
Annually, Directors use the 5 year strategic plan to develop an annual strategic business plan. The most recent annual strategic business plan can be viewed or downloaded here.
